The firm

A tradition of advocacy.
A personal commitment.

Behind every dispute is a person, a family, or a business. That’s where our work begins.

Experience that informs.
Attention that matters.

Reda Sullivan works to protect homeowners from foreclosure by helping them assert their rights with their mortgage companies and negotiate loan modifications to enable them to keep their home. The attorneys at the firm have defended homeowners from foreclosure for over thirty years.

Our process begins with helping our clients qualify for loan modification programs based on their mortgage and financial situation. Our legal team advocates for clients’ interests by working with mortgage companies and bringing legal actions when necessary.

With offices in Massachusetts and New York, our founding partners bring complementary backgrounds and decades of experience to the people they represent.
